We have unique uniforms customized to the needs of each client. Our uniforms are also adapted to the season, environmental concerns, situational realities (extra protection, etc.), and the desires of our clients (civilian dress, proper attire, undercover, etc.).
We have a stable, experienced, and professional customer service staff that will meet all your needs and respond to any concerns. We have dedicated our efforts to providing the highest level of customer service in the industry. To become a security officer at CHARCO, you must have successfully completed a BSP-recognized security officer course. Your BSP account must also be in good standing and active.

We offer a wide range of contracts adapted to your availability, including day, evening, night, and weekend positions.
At CHARCO, lieutenant and sergeant positions are always filled internally. We believe in the quality of our agents, whom we consider best positioned for promotions.
Our supervisors conduct regular visits to contract sites to evaluate the work performed and ensure our agents have everything they need. They are also available to answer any questions. Personalized follow-up and an action plan are then put in place with each agent.
